This article provides a brief outline on specific types
of models that can be used to review root causes associated with incidents
and in some instances how to promote prevention. The models discussed
within this article are limited to the Domino, multiple-cause, onion skin
and Swiss Cheese models, which are the most commonly referenced models
within industry for incident causation analysis. |
